The rules and limitations that apply when using the site, an account, market data, price alerts and live notifications.
Effective September 7, 2026. By using InsideWallStreet.cl, you accept these terms and the legal notice and risk warning.
Inside Wall Street provides educational content, third-party market data, charts, portfolios, watchlists, comparisons, price alerts, and live broadcast notices. The service may add, change, or remove features over time.
The content is general and educational. It is not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, a personalized recommendation, a securities offer, or a promise of returns. Inside Wall Street does not execute orders, hold funds, or connect to your broker. You are responsible for assessing risk and for your investment decisions.
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials, and notifying us if you detect unauthorized use. You must not share an account in a way that compromises security or attempt to access another person's account or data.
Alerts are informational and depend on third-party data, networks, the browser, device, and service providers. Prices may be delayed or wrong; an alert may be late, duplicated, or fail to arrive. It must not be treated as an automatic order or the only basis for a decision. Price alerts are one-time unless the interface says otherwise.
You may accept or reject notifications and change your live alert preference. These features do not require a phone number.
You may not use the service to break the law, interfere with its operation, bypass limits, extract data automatically at scale, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, or infringe intellectual property. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service and its users.
Authentication, charts, data, notifications, and broadcasts depend on services from Google, Firebase, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, TradingView, Vercel, and other providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control. When using YouTube through the site, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Inside Wall Street's original content and design are protected under applicable law. You may share links and brief quotations with attribution. You may not reproduce the content in full, resell it, or exploit it commercially without written permission. Third-party marks and content belong to their respective owners.
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or accurate third-party data. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue parts of the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice of material changes.
To the extent permitted by law, Inside Wall Street is not liable for investment losses, lost profits, inaccurate data, failed notifications, or indirect harm arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You may stop using the service and request account closure and deletion by email. We may suspend an account for fraud, abuse, a security risk, or breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply to the user. Questions can be sent to insidewallstreet.iws@gmail.com.
The current version and date appear on this page. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect where appropriate.
