This site is written by Alex, a private investor. He is not registered in the Investment Advisers Registry (Registro de Asesores de Inversión) of Chile's Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF, the Chilean financial market regulator), and he does not provide investment advisory, brokerage or third-party portfolio management services.
What is published here is an account of what he does with his own money: his decisions, his portfolio and his trades, based on his knowledge of the industries he invests in, his years of experience and his professional background. It is not a recommendation directed at anyone, nor a service contracted by anyone.
Investing in financial instruments or cryptocurrencies involves risk, including the total loss of the capital invested. Prices fluctuate, and they can do so sharply.

The "official channel portfolio" shown on the site reflects real positions and is published for transparency and education: it is there to show how a portfolio is built and tracked, not as a list of instructions to copy.
There is an obvious conflict of interest, and it is expressly disclosed: the person who publishes the portfolio holds positions in the instruments listed and benefits if their price goes up. Positions may be opened, changed or closed at any time, and there is no obligation to give notice before or after doing so. The entry prices and price targets shown are personal decisions of the person who manages that portfolio, and they are not recommendations.
Market data comes from third-party providers (see Methodology and data sources). It is published "as received", with no independent verification.
That means it may arrive delayed, incomplete or simply wrong: no data on this site should be treated as an execution price or used to trade in real time. InsideWallStreet.cl does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of this data, and is not liable for decisions made on the basis of it, nor for service interruptions.
The site links to external platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, WhatsApp) and embeds third-party tools such as TradingView charts. That content is governed by the terms and privacy policies of its respective operators, over which InsideWallStreet.cl has no control and no responsibility.
