Effective October 2, 2026. This policy offers a voluntary 14-day refund period and does not limit rights provided by law.
If you pay for an Inside Wall Street subscription or feature, you may request a full refund of that charge within 14 calendar days after it is made, including renewal charges. This voluntary promise is in addition to any legal rights you have.
Email informacion@insidewallstreet.cl from the address linked to the purchase and include the charge date and account email. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. We will confirm receipt and, where applicable, initiate the refund to the original payment method through the provider that processed the charge.
A refund request does not automatically cancel a future renewal. You may also request subscription cancellation. This policy does not reduce withdrawal rights, warranties, or other non-waivable rights under applicable law. If this policy conflicts with a mandatory right, the legal right prevails.
